Each arm has a screw comes out at the lower end of the arm – then put the arm with the screw out of it in one of the holes in the plate. Then you will have the nut that comes with it and you tighten the screws on the bottom to adjust the arm to the plate. Then do that for each arm.
After you are done putting all the wrought iron lamps in the right places secured with the screws and have wires coming out of each arm, you should consult an electrician first. Here are some of the basics of wiring your iron chandelier. First you must locate the two main cables that carry electricity to the ceiling, you can mark a major cable A and the second main thread B, then you should note that the weapons should have two cables emerging from each. Take a wire on each arm and one label and one B (no matter what A or B). To recap, you have ten wrought iron lamp light that you should have a total of 11 cables marked with the letter A and 11 threads marked with the letter B. Take all marked with the letter A and tape them together with electrical tape certified, then do the same for all the letter B. Then, you have a beautiful crystal chandelier wrought iron electrified and ready to be hung in place.
